Allithwaite plan ideas

I'm a fan of renewable energy I propose that allithwaite gets a couple wind turbines if possible I also have concerns about the broadband connection speeds in the area. Could allithwaite have fiber broadband alot of people in my area have expressed how slow speeds are hindering users.more shops for convenience to save people travelling and provide business for the local area.

My idea is important because I want to provide for my community. Allithwaites only a small village so my ideas are there to try improve the village for all who live here.
